Joy joins the Turning Tides team with an extensive administrative and customer service background. She offers a friendly, sole point of contact for both external and internal agencies, as well as clients. After moving from the midwest one year ago, Joy enjoys gardening, spending time with her family at the beach to relax or participating in fitness and other outdoor activities.
