Fairhaven Treatment Center (A PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program), IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) and Residential Eating Disorder Treatment Center) – Located in the beautiful state of Tennessee, Fairhaven Treatment Center is the Mid-South’s only residential and outpatient treatment center focusing solely on treating adolescent and adult women with eating disorders. Our residential treatment center sits on lush greenery and is put together with brick features, tall windows, a wrap-around porch, and an inviting red front door to make you feel right at home.
Highlights of the program include:
• Weekly sessions with a registered dietitian
• A focus on attachment issues and traumatic experiences that frequently co-exist with and/or contribute to the eating disorder
• Multiple group counseling sessions per week that include mindfulness training, art therapy, yoga therapy, and family counseling
• A treatment model that integrates psychodynamic and experiential approaches to promote long-term recovery.
Evolve Healing (A PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program), IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program), Transitional Living, and Residential Eating Disorder Treatment Center) – Evolve provides treatment to both Males and Females ages 12 and older located in Wisconsin, with a primary diagnosis of Anorexia, ARFID/Selective Eating, Body Dysmorphia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified, Disordered Eating (emotional eating), Negative Body Image, Orthorexia and Food Phobias. Secondary disorders of PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and OCD are also treated.

• Individual therapy that focuses on a customized treatment plan
• Group therapy, activities, and interaction with therapy dogs – Buck and Wilson
• Experiential Therapy through Yoga, Art, and Psychodrama

Cielo House (A PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program), IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) and Residential Eating Disorder Treatment Center) – Cielo House is a network of residential and outpatient Eating Disorder Treatment Centers for men, women, and young people with four sites around the San Francisco Bay Area.
